What size boat, RV, and vehicle storage spaces do you offer?
We have a wide range of boat, RV, and vehicle storage sizes, ranging from 12′ x 25′ to 12′ x 45′, both covered and uncovered.
What types of recreational vehicles fit into the sizes that you offer?
These spaces accommodate RVs, motor homes, campers, and boats that don’t exceed 360 to 560 square feet.
ATVs and jet skis – These will fit comfortably into a 12′ x 25′ space.
Class A Motorhomes – These are comparable in size to a bus. They average 33 feet long, which would fit comfortably into a 35-foot parking space.
Camper Vans – Classified as Class B motorhomes, camper vans are typically 20 to 25 feet long. Our covered RV storage can easily accommodate a camper van.
Towable Campers – Most tow-behind campers are small enough to fit inside the lines and under the canopy of a covered RV parking space. This includes teardrop campers, pop-up campers, tiny trailers, and small fifth-wheel trailers.
Truck Campers – A camper shell or slide-in camper that sits on top of your pickup will fit in an RV space with no problem.
Class A and Class 1 Boats – Both of these can be stored on your boat trailer with room to spare.
Class 2 boats are 40 feet long and would fit in our larger spaces.
Can I park multiple vehicles in RV and boat storage?
No. Our uncovered and covered parking spaces are designed for a single vehicle. Parking another vehicle in these spaces limits accessibility.
What RV and boat storage options are available?

We offer flexible month-to-month leasing options. You can easily store your boat or RV during the offseason, or arrange for long-term storage. We’re happy to help with whatever type of storage fits your needs.

The first thing to do is check the owner’s manual for directions that will guide you in preparing your RV for storage. Be sure both the interior and exterior of your RV are clean. Drain all tanks and the water heater and take steps to protect your engine and battery. If your RV is parked outside, be sure to invest in a high-quality cover.
